Very disappointed and frustrated. I placed the order on Nov.30th, to date I have not received the item or updates. You were very quick to take the payment from my credit card, which I will dispute unless I hear from you. I will not be dealing with you again.

We sent you an email yesterday about your package but it seems like you haven't seen it yet.
As you know, because of the Canada Post strike, we have to use other courriers for our shipments and they are quite overwhelmed so there are uncontrollable delays.
Your package was shipped through Purolator and has experienced delays in its course. You can check your emails or message us again if you want your tracking number. It was sent to you automatically when your package was shipped but maybe it got filed in your junk folder as it seems you have missed our communication about your order leaving our boutique.
We are very sorry about the situation and we understand it can be frustrating but this situation is unfortunately out of our control.
